Consulting JACC ("we", "us") strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam) to advertise or promote the website consultingjacc.com, any of its subdomains, or any of our services. This policy applies to our employees, contractors, affiliates, resellers and any other third party acting on our behalf.
Our commitments
- We only send email to people who have contacted us, are our clients, or have explicitly requested information from us.
- We do not buy, rent or harvest email addresses, and we do not use third-party mailing lists.
- Business and transactional email is sent through authenticated mailboxes and email service providers, using SPF, DKIM and DMARC for the consultingjacc.com domain.
- Our domain must not be advertised through unsolicited messages by anyone, including affiliates and third parties.
Unsubscribing and reporting abuse
Anyone who wishes to stop receiving email from us, or who believes they received spam promoting our website, can write to consultingjacc@gmail.com. We will investigate every report, remove the address promptly and take action, including ending any relationship with the sender.
